One of the Service Circles at CSL Prescott is our Heart Connection. The purpose of the Heart Connection is to work towards building a closer and informed congregation, keep in touch with Center members, to welcome new members, to ensure that all members feel that they are part of a loving community and to ensure that membership information in our Breeze system is correct. We work towards building a closer and informed congregation. We send cards a minimum of three times yearly for special occasions such as Birthdays and other Holidays. We will also make contact periodically with members who are on our teams to ascertain that the members continue to want contact or have any questions or requests. The team is also open to taking on any special projects and sending out needed information as directed by the Minister.
The co-leaders of the team work to ensure that our membership list is current in Breeze, and that the members are reporting any changes in membership information. They will notify team members of any special projects. They also maintain their own list of members. They maintain confidentiality within the group.
The team meets periodically mixing business with food and fun with potlucks or meetings at local restaurants.
