Presented by the Quad City Interfaith Council (QCIC)
"Grateful to Know You -- One in Community"
Please bring a non-perishable food item to give to a local food pantry. Children are welcome to this free event. Many faiths and organizations are participating. CSLP will be represented by Rev Kathleen and Jackson Rauch.
Our annual Thanksgiving Potluck is a time for sharing our gratitude for and with each other. We would encourage you to invite friends and family members, so they can have a slice of “attitude of gratitude” and experience the CSLP principles in action. Please add your name to the sign up sheet in Sibley Hall to assist the facilitators in seating, tableware, and menu coordination.
Good food, good company, and good conversation are guaranteed!
This is a service for those who are wondering where the joy of the season is. For some folks, it’s just a stressful time of year. For some it’s been a whole stressful year. If you are feeling left out of the joy, this one hour service might help. It’s free (no collection will be taken) and open to everyone. Please invite your friends to experience this healing.
Rev Kathleen is hosting a movie night! The movie "Miracle on 34th Street" is a Christmas classic. Come watch it in Sibley Hall while drinking cocoa and wrapping presents. Let this be a stress-free experience in the midst of all the hustle and bustle!
Come celebrate the season before heading out to see the grandkids and parents. We celebrate the winter holidays, including Solstice, with music, metaphysical readings and candle lighting.
Our regular Sunday Service at 10:30AM followed by a potluck and movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” in Sibley Hall. Bring your favorite dish or holiday dessert.
